We presented our results at the International Conference on Technologies and Business Models for Circular Economy, TBMCE 2019

The TBMCE conference was devoted to presentations of circular economy concepts, technologies and methodologies that contribute to the shift of business entities and society as a whole to a more responsible, circular management of resources.

In the context of the diverse two-day conference program we had two poster presentations:
- Use of whey from dairy industry for the production of starter cultures and antimicrobial metabolites, Diana Paveljšek s sod.
- Use of whey from dairy industry as a source of valuable bioactive proteins, Jernej Oberčkal s sod.
As a part of the Panel Discussion on Ongoing Projects and Internationalization in Circular Economy we had a lecture with the presentation of two projects on whey utilization, LIFE for Acid Whey and LAKTIKA.
