Lecture on bioactive proteins in milk

Transfer of project contents into the educational process

In November 2019, Jernej Oberckal, PhD, Institute of Dairy Science and Probiotics, prepared a lecture for students of the Master's Degree in Food Science on the topic of Bioactive peptides in milk. Project contents and activities are thus actively transposed into the educational process. In addition to informing students with organized lectures, we also involve them in research work with graduate and master's theses.
